Why work at Brantwood Camp?

At Brantwood, we look for staff members that care about the development of campers and their own personal growth.  Working at Brantwood Camp is an extremely valuable experience for individuals pursuing a profession in teaching, social work, nursing, business administration or any other career that focuses on working with teens or groups of people.

CPR and First Aid certification are provided to all staff during the orientation week. Staff salaries range from $2,200 to $3,500 with related experience and education being taken into consideration with options for bonuses with certain criteria.

Staff Requirements

You must be 18 years of age and one year of college is preferred for our Permanent Counselor position, but we also have Junior & Middle Counselor positions available for those folks who are 16 & 17. Prospective staff members should have an interest in child development, sports, survival & outdoor skills, leadership, and nature.To be considered, prospective staff members must submit an application, complete an interview with the Executive Director, and must provide a minimum of three current references. Experience in childcare, camps, nature programs, etc are a plus but not necessarily a requirement!
