Most prospective campers are recommended through a recognized Brantwood sponsor, but independent applications are also considered All prospective campers must mail in a completed application packet with a $75 deposit to be considered for registration. Brantwood is open to boys and girls, ages 11 to 15. Sixty-six girls and sixty-three boys can be accommodated during each of the three 16 day terms. Enrollment is open for a particular session until that session is full. Register early to be sure you secure a slot. The majority of our campers come from New England – particularly Masachusetts and the Boston area, New York, New Jersey, Hartford, CT, and Manchester and Nashua, NH.
In effect, every camper is on scholarship. The tuition per child for one session at Brantwood is $250. An initial deposit of $75 must accompany each application in order to reserve a space for your child. The remaining $175 is due two weeks prior to your child’s term. Brantwood offers additional scholarship funds to families with demonstrated need.

Camper registration begins in January of each year. As is our tradition, returning campers and campers from sponsoring agencies have the first priority in registering. Applications are considered on a first come first served basis and campers are accepted into a particular session until that session is full. After a session is full, families have the option of being on a wait list. Brantwood moves campers off of the wait list and into a session only if a space opens up due to an enrolled camper dropping out. There is no guarantee of being placed into a session from the wait list.
