Brantwood Camp 2024

Registration for Summer 2024-coming later in January 2024!

Due to the high demand for camp, we only allow campers to attend ONE term per summer with us. Financial Aid and Scholarships are offered for those who apply.

Summer 2024

  • Term 1: June 29, 2024 – July 13, 2024
  • Term 2: July 16, 2024 – July 30, 2024
  • Term 3: August 2, 2024 – August 16, 2024
A new tuition structure, a Voluntary Five Tier Fee Program, took effect last summer and will continue through 2024.
Currently, the actual cost of the Brantwood experience for a 15-day term is approximately $3,000 per camper. For fifteen years, the maximum amount charged for each camper has been a registration fee of $250. Thanks to donations and endowment, Brantwood has covered more than 90% of camper costs each summer.

And Brantwood remains committed to never turning away a camper because of an inability to pay.

Costs are increasing, and realizing that families have different abilities to pay, Brantwood has instituted a voluntary five-tier fee program beginning in 2023.

*TIER A – $300 – The first increase in our historical registration fee in almost twenty years. This subsidized rate is available so that as many families as possible have access to the Brantwood experience. Brantwood still covers 90% of camper cost.

*TIER B – $400  *  TIER C – $500 – Families and sponsors who can afford to pay a little more will be helping the Camp maintain its fiscal strength moving forward. Brantwood still covers over 80% of camper cost.

*TIER D – $750 – This begins to more closely account for the costs of camp, especially addressing wear and tear of building and grounds. Brantwood still covers 75% of camper cost.

*TIER E – $1250 – This significant cost-sharing tier means that parents/sponsors are taking on 40 percent of camper cost while Brantwood still covers 60% of camper cost. 

This is a voluntary process. Please choose the tier that is most suitable for your family. All campers receive the same Brantwood experience regardless of what tier is chosen. Additional financial assistance is available to ensure that everyone has the wonderful opportunity to attend camp. Your choice is completely confidential and will not affect your camper’s experience or acceptance into the program.

As always, Brantwood remains committed to never turning away a camper because of an inability to pay.

Please note that during the winter season, our full time staff work less hours on a more flexible schedule to offset the craziness of the summer. Responses to inquiries during this time have a slight delay, and we are best reached by email at brantwoodcamp@gmail.com .
