Why work at Brantwood Camp?

At Brantwood, we look for staff members that care about the development of campers and their own personal growth. You must be 18 years of age and one year of college is preferred. Prospective staff members should have an interest in child development, sports, survival & outdoor skills, leadership, and nature. Working at Brantwood Camp is an extremely valuable experience for individuals pursuing a profession in teaching, social work, nursing, business administration or any other career that focuses on working with teens or groups of people. CPR and First Aid certification are provided to all staff during the orientation week. Staff salaries range from $2,200 to $3,500 with related experience and education being taken into consideration with options for bonuses with certain criteria. Returning Staff!

Nothing is better than a former Staff member wanting to return to camp for the summer! Because our system is still new (and our Executive Director is new too!), we ask that unless you worked with us Summer 2022, please use our New Staff Application. If you are a returning Staff from 2022, please feel free to use our Returning Staff Application! Both applications will be live online here. Once we have received your application, we will review it and contact you for an interview! In the mean time, please direct any questions to Ashley at! 

Staff Requirements

To be considered, prospective staff members must submit an application, complete an interview with the Executive Director, and must provide a minimum of three current references. Experience in childcare, camps, nature programs, etc are a plus but not necessarily a requirement!
